Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager with 3–5+ years of US-based experience, ideally in California, to lead a large-scale commercial or residential project. The ideal candidate has a proven track record managing multi-million dollar projects and possesses strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all aspects of a major electrical project from planning to completion.
  • Ensure compliance with NEC codes and local electrical regulations.
  • Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to maintain project schedule and budget.
  • Oversee procurement, subcontracts, and resource allocation.
  • Prepare detailed reports, documentation, and progress updates.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering preferred.
  • 3–5+ years of Electrical Project Management experience in the US; California experience highly preferred.
  • Proven experience managing multi-million dollar commercial or residential projects.
  • Strong knowledge of NEC codes and electrical standards.
  • Highly organized, analytical, and capable of managing complex projects.

    Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
