  • Design and engineer solar PV systems, including grid-tie, off-grid, and battery storage integrations.
  • Oversee project execution from site assessment to commissioning, ensuring compliance with Philippine standards
  • Conduct feasibility studies, load calculations, and system simulations using tools like PVsyst or Helioscope.
  • Coordinate with teams for procurement, installation, and testing of solar panels, inverters, and electrical components.
  • Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and provide post-installation support.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications for multiple projects.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field (REE license preferred).
  • Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in solar PV projects (candidates with relevant certifications encouraged to apply).
  • Proficiency in grid-tie PV systems, inverter technologies, and solar design for industrial/commercial and residential applications.
  • Knowledge of Philippine grid codes, net metering, and safety standards
  • Strong skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar for system layouts.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication skills (English & Filipino),
  • Certifications like NABCEP or DOE-accredited solar training are a plus.
