About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to oversee Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing projects for our U.S.-based client. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of MEP systems to ensure smooth project execution. This is a full-time remote role, and experience working with U.S. companies preferably in New York is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 4 -5 engineers to deliver MEP projects on time and within scope.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client coordination, including:
  • Leading client meetings
  • Providing regular project updates
  • Managing client expectations
  • Facilitating internal and external communication
  • Oversee project execution using strong MEP knowledge (note: not responsible for drafting or design).
  • Ensure internal workflows are organized, efficient, and compliant with company standards.
  • Demonstrate high levels of responsibility, organization, and ethics in managing commitments.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience managing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfort working with U.S.-based clients and teams.
  • Solid understanding of MEP systems and project execution processes.
  • Highly organized, responsible, and ethical.
  • Experience working with U.S.-based companies, preferably in New York.

Pay: Php Php590.00 per hour
