Voltex is a leading manufacturer of electrical accessories supplying electricians in Australia and New Zealand. We are on the lookout for an Email Marketing Specialist who is passionate about creating compelling email campaigns that drive engagement and conversions. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing strategies to promote our products, enhance customer relationships, and increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, create and manage email marketing campaigns, including templates, content, and call-to-action elements.
  • Segment email lists and customize campaigns tailored to different audience segments.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, including metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize email content, subject lines, and send times.
  • Ensure compliance with email regulations and best practices, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
  • Work with product and marketing teams to develop content that aligns with product launches and promotions.
  • Develop and maintain the email marketing calendar to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
  • Collaborate with designers to ensure visually appealing and responsive email formats.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in email marketing.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in email marketing or related roles.
  • Proficient in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact).
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, A/B testing, and automation.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with a focus on persuasive copy.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template customization is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on data-driven insights.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Good team collaboration skills with a proactive approach to achieving goals.
  • Understanding of compliance regulations regarding email marketing (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
