As we grow, we're looking for a highly motivated and professional Sales Consultant/Appointment Setter based in Philippines to join our friendly and fast-paced remote team.

What You'll Do

As an Appointment Setter, you'll be the first point of contact for potential patients. You'll be responsible for:

  • Making outbound calls and responding to warm leads via phone, email, and messaging platforms
  • Engaging in friendly and informative conversations to understand patient needs
  • Educating leads about our services and booking them in for consultations
  • Following up with prospects and maintaining a pipeline of interested clients
  • Working closely with our sales and clinical teams to ensure a seamless patient experience

What We're Looking For

  • Based in Philippines with reliable internet and quiet work environment
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Previous experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or customer service preferred
  • Confident, friendly, and professional phone manner
  • Organised and proactive with strong follow-up skills
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus
  • Availability to work flexible hours (AU time zones)
