Enterprise Management Solutions, LLC provides business infrastructure, staffing, and sales enablement for companies in real-estate, property management, hospitality and service-based industries. This role supports a U.S. property-management client seeking growth in rental community contracts, leasing packages, and resident service programs.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Catering Sales Consultant is responsible for converting warm leads into signed catering or meal-service contracts.

You will speak with individuals, organizations, and event coordinators to understand their needs, present available catering options, and close service agreements.

This role is ideal for an energetic, relationship-driven salesperson with excellent communication skills and experience in hospitality or service-based sales.

ACCOUNTABLE TO: Chief Marketing & Sales Officer 


WORK SCHEDULE: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (Night Shift PH Time)


CLASSIFICATION: Full-Time, Remote – Independent Contractor

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Contact and follow up with inbound leads from marketing, referral partners, and online inquiries.
  • Conduct discovery calls to assess client needs for catering events, recurring meal services, or institutional contracts.
  • Present menu options, service packages, and pricing clearly and confidently.
  • Negotiate terms within approved guidelines and close signed agreements.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, and closed deals in CRM.
  • Coordinate with the operations and production teams to ensure smooth handoff after closing.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals for closed catering or service contracts.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience:

  • 2+ years in sales, account management, or customer acquisition — ideally in hospitality, food service, or catering.

Skills:

  • Excellent English communication (spoken and written).
  • Strong interpersonal and consultative sales ability.
  • Organized and reliable in CRM tracking and reporting.
  • Goal-driven with a professional, service-oriented mindset.

Education: Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Reliable computer/laptop, headset, and stable internet.
  • Must be available to work U.S. Eastern Standard Time (8 AM–5 PM EST), Monday–Friday.
  • Willing to work on U.S. holidays if required (no paid holiday benefit).

COMPENSATION & TERMS

  • Base Pay: $7/hour (≈ ₱410/hour) — approx. $1,120/month (₱65,000) based on 40 hours/week
  • Commission: $30–$70 USD per closed contract, depending on size and service type
  • Bonuses: Monthly and quarterly bonuses for exceeding targets
  • Benefits: Independent contractor role — no paid holidays or leave; eligible for performance incentives
  • Payment: Biweekly USD payouts via EMS international payroll (Deel)

  • Number of catering or service contracts closed per month
  • Lead-to-close conversion rate (%)
  • Average order or contract value
  • CRM accuracy and follow-up consistency
  • Client satisfaction after service handoff
