Enterprise Management Solutions, LLC. provides business infrastructure, staffing, and sales enablement for companies in real-estate, property management, hospitality and service-based industries. This role supports a U.S. property-management client seeking growth in rental community contracts, leasing packages, and resident service programs.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Credit Sales Consultant is responsible for engaging with U.S.-based leads, conducting credit consultations, and enrolling clients into educational and financial improvement programs.
This role requires a professional communicator with strong sales instincts, empathy, and the ability to guide customers toward informed financial decisions. You'll act as the first point of contact for prospective clients, explaining programs and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience after enrollment.
LOCATION: Remote – Philippines

ACCOUNTABLE TO: Chief Marketing & Sales Officer
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (Night Shift PH Time)
CLASSIFICATION: Full-Time, Remote (Philippines)
ACCOUNTABLE FOR: Client acquisition and retention, credit product promotion, credit evaluation and risk management and sales target achievement
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage inbound and follow-up calls from qualified leads provided through marketing and partnerships.
- Conduct structured client consultations to understand financial and credit improvement goals.
- Present service options clearly, explain benefits, and close enrollments.
- Follow compliance and script guidelines during all sales interactions.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Meet or exceed monthly enrollment and revenue goals.
- Collaborate with EMS leadership and the operations team to ensure client satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or account management (BPO or financial services preferred).
Skills:
- Excellent English communication (written and spoken).
- Confident and empathetic with strong closing ability.
- Organized and detail-oriented with CRM experience.
- Driven to achieve performance targets.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with credit, lending, or financial service processes is an advantage (training provided).
Requirements:
- Stable internet connection, laptop/PC, and headset.
- Available to work U.S. business hours (Eastern Standard Time).
COMPENSATION & TERMS
- Base Pay: $7/hour (≈ ₱410/hour) — about $1,120/month (₱65,000/month) based on 40 hours/week
- Commission: $30–$60 per closed enrollment, depending on plan type
- Bonuses: Monthly and quarterly performance bonuses
- Estimated Monthly Earnings $1,400–$1,800 (₱81,000–₱105,000) including commission and bonuses
- Benefits: Paid Philippine holidays, remote work allowance, performance incentives, and ongoing professional development
All compensation is managed through Enterprise Management Solutions, LLC. international payroll, with biweekly USD payments via secure transfer (e.g., Deel or direct deposit).
