Position Overview
This position involves providing comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer by managing calendar, communications, travel, and special projects. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced executive environment.
Key Qualifications
- 5+ years of executive-level administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities with fluency in English
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Experience with scheduling, travel coordination, and expense management
- Familiarity with healthcare or legal industry preferred
Essential Responsibilities
- Manage CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Prepare correspondence and reports; coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Maintain filing systems and organize documents in SharePoint; handle expense reports and budget tracking
- Screen calls and emails, prioritizing urgent matters
- Assist with special projects and ad-hoc assignments while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive business information
- Identify and implement process improvements

Technical & Schedule Requirements
- Reliable high-speed internet connection with consistent Wi-Fi stability
- Laptop with sufficient memory and processing power to handle job-specific tasks and software
- Availability to work night shift hours: 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM
Compensation: Competitive contractor rate, based on experience and qualifications
Job Type: Fixed term
Pay: From Php30,000.00 per month
