Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years in technical aftersales or service management
  • Knowledge of coffee equipment servicing is a strong advantage
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Proven leadership and team development experience
  • Familiarity with job order/inventory software is a plus
Key Responsibilities

Aftersales Leadership & Development

  • Lead, train, and manage a high-performing technical team.
  • Develop strategic initiatives to meet departmental targets and elevate our brand in the coffee service industry.
  • Monitor KPIs to ensure quality service, fast response times, and high customer satisfaction.

Customer Support & Escalation

  • Act as the main escalation point for complex customer issues.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding and addressing their unique needs.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to deliver a seamless service experience.

Job Order Management & Process Optimization

  • Design systems to track job orders, service requests, and repair workflows.
  • Manage scheduling for fieldwork and repairs to optimize technician efficiency.
  • Keep detailed records of repairs, maintenance, and warranty claims.

Spare Parts Management & Technical Training

  • Oversee inventory and spare parts logistics to ensure availability and cost-efficiency.
  • Organize regular training to elevate team knowledge in diagnostics, equipment repair, and client care.
  • Stay ahead of trends in coffee equipment technology to keep the team up to date.

Customer Experience & Continuous Improvement

  • Gather and analyze service data and client feedback to improve operational processes.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance the customer experience, including loyalty programs and feedback loops.
  • Assist in refining warranty policies and service procedures.
