Job description:

  • Sales Quotation Management: Assist sales officers in monitoring, preparing, and sending accurate sales quotations to clients in a timely manner.
  • Document Processing & Coordination: Facilitate the processing and coordination of necessary documents with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction flow.
  • Pricing Approvals: Provide support to the sales team by assisting in obtaining pricing approvals from the relevant authorities
  • Customer Relation: Assist in doing showroom tours when the sales officer in charge is not available
  • After-Sales Report: Offer after-sales support by addressing client's inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Client Database Management: Maintain and update the client database, ensuring accurate information such as contact details, purchase history, delivery details, permits, and communication preference.
