This is a remote position.

Philippine-based (Filipino) Applicants.
IMPORTANT: To be considered for this role, you must be proficient in AutoCAD, must have a portfolio of your sample drawings/designs and with good communication skills. A Drawing Test is required before your interview with the client.

Reporting to the President/CFO and working with direction from the team, you will be a self-starting, highly organised, and experienced AutoCAD Draftsperson. Experience working within the consulting industry would be advantageous.

The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented and experienced in creating professional shop drawings and performing take-off services from floor plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop precise and professional shop drawings for various products using AutoCAD.
  • Perform accurate take-off services from floor plans for the company's product offerings.
  • Ensure all drawings meet project specifications and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with the team to refine designs and resolve any drafting issues.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of all drawings and revisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or other related degree
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD with a strong understanding of drafting principles.
  • Experience in shop drawings and take-off services is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience using Adobe Illustrator is required.
  • Experience in using TurboCAD is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Work Environment & Expectations
While this is a
work-from-home
position, it is important to note that this is a
full-time role
—not a freelance or flexible-hour arrangement. You will be expected to work a
fixed shift
and maintain a high level of professionalism and accountability, just as you would in an office environment.

This role requires:

  • Discipline and commitment to set working hours (strict shift times, not flexible)
  • Use of time tracking software during work hours
  • Active participation in team and client calls with your camera ON
  • Consistent availability and responsiveness throughout your shift
  • Treating this as a long-term, full-time job—not a side gig or freelance task


Payroll is processed bi-monthly.

Benefits
6. 13th Month Pay after 30 days

  • Monthly Salary: Php 45,000
  • Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month
  • You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays
  • Probation: 6 months and after Probation
  • 10 days annual leave credits
  • 5 days of sick leave
  • HMO offered after 6-months Probation
  • Annual Appraisal
  • Laptop provided after 30 days
  • Permanent work-from-home role. You will have to use your own internet.
  • SHIFT TIMES: 9PM to 6AM Philippine time, Monday to Friday
