Job Overview:

Shift Leads will be responsible for overseeing and managing robotic teleoperation pilots at their locations. This will include managing workloads between employees, interviewing and onboarding new employees, implementing management practices, and working directly with company leadership. Ideal candidates will have experience with business operations and people management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experienced leadership; employee oversight, shift management, managing employee orientation and training.
  • Responsible for ensuring employee compliance and performance.
  • Responsible for surfacing critical issues and challenges as they arise, mastery of communication in both English and Tagalog required.
  • Coordinating receipt and delivery of equipment, working closely with building / office staff.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in relevant field
  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience leveraging communication and people management.
  • Exceptional communication: mastery of English, capable of effectively reporting operational status in both english and tagalog.
  • Technical Aptitude: Familiar with advanced technology, ability to troubleshoot technical IT issues, familiarity with office infrastructure setup, troubleshooting, assembly.
  • People-management: Ability to lead and integrate a growing team, address issues with new joiners, etc.
  • Problem-Solving: Quick and efficient troubleshooting abilities to manage real-time challenges.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and meticulousness in handling controls and operational processes.
  • Work Environment Fit: Enthusiasm about technology, demonstrated ability to thrive in unstructured operational environments.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have):

  • Professional IT experience, network reliability testing, hardware and electronics troubleshooting.
  • Operations experience, exposure to coordinating shipments, deliveries, logistics, etc.
  • Comfortable with basic hands-on tasks including furniture and equipment assembly, associated tool use.
