About the Role:

We are looking for a Project Fulfillment Lead to oversee the end-to-end execution and delivery of customer projects within our Commercial Service Operations. The role ensures that all project deliverables are completed accurately, on time, and in full compliance with customer requirements. This position requires strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills to effectively manage internal teams, third-party providers, and logistics partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete service fulfillment process from order confirmation to project completion.
  • Ensure alignment between project requirements, service execution, and customer commitments.
  • Identify service bottlenecks, disputes, or delivery risks and coordinate timely resolutions.
  • Lead and mentor a team of project coordinators to achieve operational and performance goals.
  • Monitor project tickets and ensure all are resolved within established service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Conduct regular governance meetings with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Drive continuous process improvement and efficiency initiatives across project fulfillment operations.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure project completion and billing accuracy.
  • Manage reporting, documentation, and performance tracking for all active projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or Finance.
  • At least 3–5 years of managerial experience in service fulfillment, operations, or project coordination.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and experienced with tools such as Freshdesk, COMS, Oracle, and SharePoint.
