JOB SUMMARY

Under the supervision of the Operations Manager/ Senior Operations Manager, this key position handles the operations team to ensure that performance targets (productivity, quality, timeliness, attendance) are delivered. The Operations Supervisor also guarantees the continuous improvement of his team members by properly equipping them with appropriate knowledge and skills.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Generate regular performance reports, analyze KPIs, and identify areas for improvement.
  2. Conduct weekly coaching sessions and performance reviews with direct reports.
  3. Train new hires and manage the team's ramp-up to ensure KPI goals are met.
  4. Address and resolve escalations from staff, providing guidance and support in a timely manner.
  5. Perform quality audits and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
  6. Manage team attendance and ensure compliance with company procedures.
  7. Monitor and drive team deliverables to meet goals.
  8. Implement strategies to reduce attrition and retain top performers.
  9. Foster a positive work environment and motivate the team to achieve business objectives.
  10. Engage in a sound conversation with the client or third-party and negotiate to get desired outcome.
  11. Ensures compliance to company rules and regulations, which shall include but not limited to the Employee Code of Discipline, the policies on Quality Management System (QMS), Information Security Management System (ISMS), Environment Health & Safety (EHS), and Environmental Management System (EMS); Data Privacy Act (DPA); and other duties and responsibilities prescribed for all ADEC employees.
  12. Ensures compliance of all Non-Conformity Corrective Action Preventive Action Concessions (NCAPACs) and all other audit findings within the prescribed period.
  13. Reports security incidents and/or any identified security weaknesses.
  14. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  1. Graduate of any four-year College course
  2. With at least 1 year experience of being a Lead/Supervisor in a healthcare BPO setting
  3. With experience handling a operations team in a BPO setting
  4. Has skills in training new hires and upskilling agents
  5. With background in auditing and coaching
  6. Must have a Good Communications skill (Verbal and Written)
  7. With Basic to advanced skills in reporting tools like Excel, Word, and PPT.
