Job Overview

We are looking for a CCTV Operator who will be responsible for monitoring security systems, reporting incidents, and ensuring the safety and security of the premises. The role requires keen attention to detail, discipline, and the ability to respond quickly during security concerns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor CCTV cameras and security systems in real time
  • Identify, record, and report suspicious activities or policy violations
  • Coordinate with security personnel during incidents
  • Maintain logs, reports, and documentation
  • Ensure CCTV equipment is functioning properly and report any issues
  • Protect confidentiality of all security footage and information
  • Assist in implementing security protocols and procedures

Qualifications

  • At least one (1) year of experience as a CCTV Operator or in a similar security-related role
  • High school graduate, vocational, or college level
  • Strong observational skills and high attention to detail
  • Able to work under minimal supervision
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
  • Physically fit and able to respond promptly during incidents
