DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

  • Assist in store merchandising, promotional activities, and marketing campaigns.
  • Provide detailed product information, comparisons, and recommendations to assist customers in choosing the right device.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest mobile phone models, features, and promotions.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and issue receipts.
  • Ensure proper product display and inventory management at the store or sales area.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

  • Proven experience in mobile phone sales or distribution.

  • Knowledge of telecom retail and modern trade operations.
  • At least 1–2 years of telco sales experience (mobile phone , accessories etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Connections with telecom dealers are highly preferred.
  • Needs to have own vehicle (motorcycle/car).
  • Okay to be assigned in Cagayan Valley region (Cagayan, Isabela).
