Job Summary:

We are seeking an organized and proactive Merchandiser Coordinator to oversee and support our merchandising operations across Region II (Cagayan Valley). The ideal candidate has experience in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) and possesses strong coordination, communication, and leadership skills. You will be responsible for supervising field merchandisers, monitoring store execution, and ensuring product visibility and availability in key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of field merchandisers in assigned areas.
  • Monitor product displays, inventory levels, and in-store visibility of company products.
  • Ensure compliance with planograms, promotions, and merchandising standards.
  • Conduct regular store visits and field audits.
  • Prepare and submit sales and performance reports.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Warehouse teams for smooth operations.
  • Train and motivate merchandisers to achieve targets and maintain high performance.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, route planning, and performance evaluations.

Qualifications:

  • College graduate (Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred).
  • At least 1–2 years of experience as a Merchandiser Coordinator or Supervisor in FMCG.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and reporting skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • With valid driver's license; willing to travel within Region II.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
