About the Role

We're looking for a Go-To-Market / Sales Operations Specialist to join our client's fast-paced Growth team. You'll work directly with their Growth Manager, Automations Specialist, and the sales team.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role designed for someone who loves getting things done and keeping campaigns and lead management running like clockwork. You'll be actively running GTM campaigns and coordinating with the Growth team and individual sales team members to drive visibility and new leads.

The role includes scraping leads, building outreach sequences, monitoring responses, following up on warm leads, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. Your focus is on keeping the momentum going—making sure every campaign is targeted, timely, and tracked; every lead is contacted; and everything runs smoothly without interruption.

This role is all about tactical execution and operational excellence: coordinating, building, launching, monitoring, and maintaining campaigns so our team can focus on scaling and strategy across content, automation, design, and sales to score meetings and close deals with wealth managers, banks, family offices, and institutional investors.

What we expect from you

  • Monitor and create campaigns based on briefs from the growth, sales, and leadership team
  • Handle the tactical details so the growth and sales team doesn't need to brief multiple people—you take the instruction and make it happen
  • Scrape and research leads from LinkedIn, databases, and other sources based on target profiles (e.g., "German wealth managers," "Swiss family offices"); knowledge of AI tools is a must
  • Monitor active campaigns daily (check responses, flag issues, and keep everything moving)
  • Follow up with the sales team on warm leads and ensure timely responses
  • Build audience lists, segment contacts, and ensure targeting is accurate
  • Track campaign metrics, log performance data, and report results clearly
  • Keep detailed records of all campaigns, leads, and follow-ups in Notion, Google Sheets, and Pipedrive
  • Maintain quick response times and keep campaigns on schedule
  • Proactively identify bottlenecks, suggest improvements, and keep campaigns moving forward

What we're looking for

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in marketing operations, campaign management, growth marketing, or similar roles (agency, startup, or B2B SaaS experience preferred)
  • Ability to work full-time in European timezone (CET)
  • Native fluency in English
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail—you never miss a deadline or send to the wrong audience
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and email marketing platforms (e.g., Ortto, Mailshake, Mailchimp, Iterable)
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn campaigns, ABM strategies, and B2B outreach
  • Comfortable using tools like Notion, Google Sheets, and workflow automation platforms (e.g., Make, n8n, Zapier)
  • Experience with growth and sales tools such as Apify, Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar
  • Analytical mindset—you understand metrics, performance data, and how to optimize based on results
  • Self-starter who takes ownership, solves problems independently, and keeps momentum going
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
