ECW Specialist (eClinicalWorks) + IT Support Background

Work From Home | U.S. Medical Clinic | Night Shift

Salary: USD $700–$900 per month

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy ECW Specialist with a strong IT support background to join our team. This role supports a U.S.-based medical clinic and requires hands-on experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) and knowledge of clinic operations.

If you have worked with ECW and enjoy solving technical issues within a healthcare setting, this role is for you Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support for eClinicalWorks (eCW) users
  • Troubleshoot EMR issues, login errors, templates, clinical workflows, and documentation concerns
  • Assist with user account setup, permissions, and system configurations
  • Coordinate with clinic managers and providers regarding EMR-related needs
  • Support basic IT tasks (software issues, device troubleshooting, connectivity checks)
  • Maintain HIPAA-compliant processes and protect patient information
  • Assist in improving clinic workflows and optimizing EMR usage

Qualifications

  • Must have hands-on experience with eClinicalWorks (ECW/eCW)
  • Experience working in a healthcare or clinic environment
  • Strong technical/IT support skills (software troubleshooting, EMR navigation, system configuration)
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Willing to work on U.S. night shift
  • Stable internet connection and reliable workstation setup

Preferred Skills (Not Required)

  • Experience supporting providers in a U.S. clinic
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and clinical workflows
  • Background in EMR onboarding or training

Compensation

USD $700–$900 per month, depending on experience
