Position Overview:

Seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to support our sales organization by managing CRM data, optimizing workflows, and executing email campaigns. This role blends Salesforce operations, lead generation, and email marketing execution, making it ideal for someone who is both analytical and hands-on.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in Salesforce, Outreach, and email campaign management, and can independently manage data accuracy, workflow automation, and marketing initiatives to help drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Operations & CRM Management

  • Manage and maintain Salesforce data, ensuring accuracy, proper segmentation, and up-to-date records.
  • Support the sales team with real-time operational requests, troubleshooting, and reporting.
  • Build reports and dashboards to support forecasting and performance tracking.
  • Document sales processes and maintain clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Manage and input data into Salesforce, ensuring data integrity across multiple systems.
  • Use AI-based tools to enrich data and streamline sales processes.
  • Assist with workflow automation within Salesforce and other connected tools.

Lead Generation & Email Campaigns

  • Proactively collect and qualify leads through hands-on, targeted prospecting.
  • Manage end-to-end email campaigns, including content, design, list building, testing, and execution using Outreach.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize outreach sequences for engagement and conversion.

Sales Tech Stack & General Support

  • Work across sales tools, including Salesforce (main platform), Outreach, HubSpot, Salesloft, Gong, and Rattle.
  • Provide basic administrative and operational support for the sales and marketing teams.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Sales Operations Manager to improve workflows and implement new tools or processes.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, CRM management, or Marketing Operations.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, including data management, reports, dashboards, and workflow automation.
  • Experience managing end-to-end email campaigns using Outreach or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot and other CRMs.
  • Knowledge of workflow automation and AI tool integration with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Excellent English proficiency and experience supporting U.S.-based teams.
  • Ability to handle general administrative tasks and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
