About Us:

We are a growing company seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Remote Data Entry Specialist to support our team during the night shift. You'll play a critical role in organizing data across multiple departments, helping keep our business running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update data accurately in Google Sheets and Excel
  • Work with various teams (Sales, Operations, Customer Service, etc.) to ensure timely and correct information flow
  • Communicate clearly via email, chat, and video calls
  • Manage and organize files using Google Workspace tools (Docs, Drive, Gmail, etc.)
  • Perform routine data checks to ensure accuracy and consistency

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and Google Workspace tools
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently
  • Positive attitude and enjoys working with people
  • Willing to work night shifts (U.S. Eastern Time preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a data entry or administrative support role
  • Familiarity with CRMs or cloud-based workflow tools
  • Stable internet connection and quiet work environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php Php286.65 per hour
