JOB SUMMARY:

The Project Analyst/GIS Data Coordinator is responsible for managing, verifying, and organizing mapping data using ArcGIS and the Loomin system. This role involves maintaining data integrity, ensuring accurate location mapping, and supporting team collaboration through efficient data handling. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, self-driven, and skilled at managing large volumes of geospatial and project data in a remote environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Upload, organize, and maintain project photos and mapping data within the Loomin system.
  • Export, share, and prepare data for team collaboration and reporting.
  • Work with real-time data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
  • Create and update daily logs and data entries to track project progress.
  • Use ArcGIS to verify map locations and correct discrepancies before data entry into Loomin.
  • Support process improvements to enhance data integrity and workflow efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficiency in ArcGIS (required).
  • Familiarity with Loomin One Vision (preferred) or Smartsheet as an acceptable alternative.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote setting.
  • Effective communication skills and a proactive approach to resolving data-related issues.
  • Solid understanding of mapping systems and data accuracy principles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php30,000.00 per month
