I. Key Result Areas /Accountabilities:

Daily monitoring if warehouse stocks – preparation of weekly report material consumption based in target output within a month.

Evaluation of SCM Manpower – gathering weekly report in manpower performance.

SCM processes quarterly report – preparation of quarterly report in production quantity target/month and quality of materials supplied by suppliers.

Inventory monthly report – monthly report of material consumption from SCM analyst.

Delivery schedule report – monthly report if finish goods delivered.

Monthly reports of Job Order conversion – monthly reports P.O. converted to J.O.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Assigned to lead teams selected to address specific issues/projects.

  2. To impart expertise to assigned individuals.

  3. To assess the competency of assigned individuals in relation to expertise shared

  4. To review material job order documents from SCM analyst.

  5. Trains the staff to perform their job efficiency.

  6. Attends technical meeting with clients and suppliers whenever necessary.

  7. Studies and recommends possible improvements for SCM processes.

  8. Coordinates with marketing regarding the status of jobs of the clients.

  9. Evaluates staff performance.

  10. Ensure that all SOP's are available and currently in place and being followed.

  11. Implement guidelines/company policies according to the personnel manuals

  12. Evaluates training needs of staff and recommend to the Production Manager.

  13. Ensures a harmonious working relationship among the staff.

  14. Coordinated the packaging materials quality and inventory with Purchasing personnel

  15. Reports irregularities/incident that maybe observed in area of assignment to Production Manager.

  16. To perform all other functions related to your assigned task as may be required by superiors/managers from time to time or does other jobs as the need arises.
