Signature Home Products Inc. is looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead the entire warehouse and delivery operation — from receiving of stocks, inventory management, to scheduling and dispatching goods to customers. This role is key in ensuring that all orders are delivered accurately and on time, while maintaining order and discipline within the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations: receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatch
  • Supervise and coordinate with warehouse staff, drivers, and helpers
  • Create and manage delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders
  • Coordinate delivery routes with drivers and monitor progress until completion
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits
  • Resolve issues related to stock discrepancies, delays, or delivery concerns
  • Ensure proper documentation of all warehouse and logistics activities (DRs, invoices, receipts)
  • Monitor warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organization
  • Propose and support process improvements to increase efficiency
  • Communicate with Sales and Customer Service teams regarding delivery timelines and special requests

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics supervision
  • Strong background in inventory management and delivery coordination
  • Skilled in creating and managing delivery schedules
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
  • Comfortable leading a small team in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
  • Experience in an FMCG or distribution company is an advantage
