  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to achieve marketing objectives and business growth.
  • Stay on top of trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to ensure innovative strategies.
  • Create and curate high-quality, engaging content, including text, images, and videos tailored to each platform (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Edit photos and videos using tools like Adobe Photoshop and Canva to ensure visually appealing and on-brand content.
  • Manage and maintain all company social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across channels.
  • Schedule, publish, and monitor content using social media management tools.
  • Respond promptly to comments, messages, and mentions, fostering engagement and addressing customer inquiries or feedback.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze social media metrics and performance data to optimize content and strategies.
  • Regularly report on social media performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that social media initiatives align with overall marketing campaigns and objectives.
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other stakeholders to enhance content quality and consistency.
  • Manage and optimize social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, ad creation, targeting, and performance tracking.
  • Identify and implement strategies for improving ROI on paid campaigns.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.
  • Use competitive insights to continuously improve social media performance.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed to support the marketing and communications team.
