Design and develop travel products (tailor-made tours, FIT, family trips, luxury packages).
• Negotiate and integrate resources with airlines, hotels, and DMCs.
• Prepare and optimize quotations and itineraries, controlling cost and profit margin.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis, propose differentiated products and strategies.
• Support the sales team with training, presentations, and pre-/post-sales service.
• Handle partner contracts, settlements, and commission management.
• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Tourism, Marketing, Hospitality, or related fields.
• 2–3+ years of working experience in the travel industry, familiar with domestic and international travel resources.
• Strong bilingual skills in Chinese & English (Japanese/Korean/Spanish is a plus).
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); strong in data analysis and presentation.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to travel and with a global mindset.
