岗位职责:

-维护并拓展大客户关系,提供专业解决方案

-作为客户与内部团队之间的桥梁,协调资源落地执行

-跟进客户项目进度,确保交付质量与时效

-分析业务数据,发现机会点,推动销售增长

-定期提供客户回顾报告与战略建议

任职要求:

-有物流行业或电商行业大客户管理、销售或项目管理相关经验(2–3年+)

-中文流利(听说读写)+ 英文可工作沟通

-沟通能力强,具备服务意识与解决问题的能力

-能熟练使用 Excel、PPT,能解读数据者优先

-可接受每周六天到岗工作

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and expand relationships with key accounts, providing professional solutions
  • Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, coordinating resources for smooth execution
  • Track project progress to ensure quality and timely delivery
  • Analyze business data to identify opportunities and drive sales growth
  • Provide regular client review reports and strategic recommendations

Requirements:

  • 2–3+ years of relevant experience in key account management, sales, or project management within the logistics or e-commerce industry
  • Fluent in Mandarin (spoken & written) and proficient in English for workplace communication
  • Strong communication skills with a service-oriented mindset and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; data analysis skills are a plus
  • Able to commit to a 6-day on-site work schedule
