  • 招聘工作:旺季负责实习生和初阶社招,包括简历筛选、电话邀约、面试组织等;拓展招聘渠道,维护校企合作;分析招聘数据,优化招聘策略。
  • 人力资源基础运营工作:办理员工签证,确保材料准确、进度及时;负责员工入职、离职手续,保障流程顺畅;收集、整理员工资料,维护人事档案完整。
  • 员工活动与企业文化落地执行工作:协助策划并执行团建活动,增强团队凝聚力;组织语言学习活动,提升员工语言能力;参与培训活动落地,促进员工成长。
  • Recruitment work: During peak season, responsible for interns and entry-level social recruitment, including resume screening, phone invitations, and interview organization, etc. Expand recruitment channels and maintain school-enterprise cooperation; Analyze recruitment data and optimize recruitment strategies.
  • Basic human resources operation work: Handle employee visas, ensuring accurate materials and timely progress; Be responsible for the onboarding and offboarding procedures of employees and ensure the smooth process. Collect and organize employee information and maintain the integrity of personnel files.
  • Employee activities and the implementation of corporate culture: Assist in planning and executing team-building activities to enhance team cohesion; Organize language learning activities to enhance employees' language proficiency; Participate in the implementation of training activities to promote employee growth.

职位要求:

  • 本科及以上学历在校生,人力资源等相关专业优先。
  • 熟练掌握英语与中文,具备良好的中英文听说读写能力。
  • 实习期不少于3个月,保证工作连续性。
  • 学习与适应能力强,具备良好的沟通协调与团队合作能力。
  • 熟练使用办公软件,具备一定的数据处理能力。
  • 工作地点马尼拉BGC,菲律宾本地院校学生优先
  • Bachelor's degree or above, current students majoring in Human resources or related fields are preferred. MOA is a must.
  • Proficient in both English and Mandarin, with good communication and written expression skills.
  • Strong learning and adaptability, with excellent communication, coordination and teamwork skills.
  • Proficient in using office software and possessing certain data processing capabilities.
  • Work location: BGC, Manila. Students from local Philippine institutions are preferred
