Job description:

  1. 负责菲律宾地区本地雇员及中国外派员工的人力运营工作 (包含但不限于入离调转、合同管理、档案管理、非现金福利,本地供应商对接等)。

  2. 搭建并制定人力运营方案、工作流程、服务标准,确保合法合规、流程高效、良好员工体验。

  3. 集团人力政策流程海外本地落地。

  4. 发起并主导海外人力项目,持续改善人力运营工作。

  5. HR系统数据维护,信息化支持。

  6. Priority will be given to candidates with relevant work or internship experience in HR Ops.

  7. Chinese & English & Filipino can be used as working languages.

Job requirements:

  1. 本科及以上学历。

  2. 3-7年工作经验,有海外HR工作经验优先。

  3. 有人力运营相关体系搭建及项目管理经验优先。

  4. 能熟练使用办公软件,有良好的沟通能力。

  5. Bachelor degree or above.

  6. 3-7 years of work experience, overseas HR work experience is preferred.

  7. Priority will be given to those with experience in system construction and project management related to HR operations.

  8. Be proficient in using office software and have good communication skills.
