Position Overview | 职位概述

The Network Performance Supervisor will oversee the logistics network operations team, ensuring optimal performance across branches, hubs, and linehaul routes. This role focuses on monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing the company's logistics network to achieve service level agreements (SLA), cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

网络运营绩效主管将负责监督物流网络运营团队,确保各网点、分拨中心及干线运输线路的高效运作。该岗位重点在于监控、分析并优化公司的物流网络,以达成服务水平协议(SLA)、提升成本效率并确保客户满意度。

Key Responsibilities | 主要职责

  1. Team Leadership | 团队管理

  2. Supervise and mentor the network performance team (hub/branch supervisors, analysts).

  3. 监督并指导网络绩效团队(分拨/网点主管、分析员),提供支持和培训。

  4. Network Monitoring | 网络监控

  5. Oversee monitoring of KPIs such as on-time delivery rate, linehaul utilization, sorting accuracy, and cost efficiency.

  6. 负责监控网络关键指标,如准时率、干线利用率、分拣准确率及成本效率。

  7. Performance Optimization | 绩效优化

  8. Analyze branch and route performance; identify bottlenecks and propose improvement plans.

  9. 分析网点及线路运行数据,识别瓶颈并提出优化方案。

  10. Issue Resolution | 问题处理

  11. Lead troubleshooting of operational issues (delays, misroutes, bottlenecks).

  12. 主导运营问题(延误、错分、堵点)的排查与解决。

  13. Reporting | 报告

  14. Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards for senior management.

  15. 定期向管理层提交绩效报告与数据看板。

  16. Process Improvement | 流程改进

  17. Standardize best practices across branches and hubs.

  18. 推动分拨中心与网点的标准化流程和最佳实践。

  19. Project Management | 项目管理

  20. Coordinate network-related projects (new route launches, hub expansions, resource allocation).

  21. 负责网络相关项目(新线路开通、分拨扩容、资源配置)的协调与管理。

  22. Documentation | 文档管理

  23. Maintain updated documentation of routes, processes, and incident handling.

  24. 维护和更新线路、流程及异常处理的相关文档。

  25. Compliance | 合规性

  26. Ensure network operations comply with company policies and local regulations.

  27. 确保网络运行符合公司政策及相关法规要求。

Qualifications | 任职资格

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
  • 本科及以上学历,物流管理、供应链管理、工商管理等相关专业。
  • 5+ years of logistics or express network operations experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
  • 5年以上物流/快递网络运营经验,2年以上管理经验。
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret operational data and KPIs.
  • 具备较强的数据分析能力,能解读运营指标并提出改善建议。
  • Familiarity with linehaul planning, hub operations, last-mile delivery processes.
  • 熟悉干线运输规划、分拨中心运作、末端派送流程。
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • 具备出色的领导力、沟通与跨部门协调能力。

Preferred Skills | 优先条件

  • Experience in express delivery or large-scale logistics company.
  • 有快递行业或大型物流企业工作经验。
  • Knowledge of network planning tools, route optimization systems, or WMS/TMS.
  • 熟悉网络规划工具、线路优化系统或仓储/运输管理系统(WMS/TMS)。
