RESPONSIBILITIES 岗位职责
- Develop and implement sales strategies 销售策略制定;
- Prepare operational and financial sales department reports 运营及销售报告生成;
- Oversee the management, learning, and career development of the sales team 销售团队搭建、管理及培养;
- Set and allocate departmental performance targets in accordance with company goals.按公司战略模板制定分配部门业绩指标;
- In charge of business marketing planning and market management.负责业务的市场策划和市场管理;
- Drive business development and partnership initiatives in the payment sector.推动支付业务的商务拓展和合作对接
- Establish, implement, and manage policies and frameworks for collaboration with partner institutions.建立、实施并管理与合作机构相关的制度和框架。
- Responsible for driving and supporting the implementation of the company's business objectives.负责推动和配合公司落实业务目标
- Directly coordinate cross-selling and joint marketing initiatives to maximize exposure and profitability 直接协调交叉销售和联合营销活动,以最大化提升曝光度和盈利能力。
QUALIFICATIONS 任职资格
- Bachelor's degree or above in related disciplines 本科以上相关专业;
- Proficient in English& Chinese 精通中英文
- Proficient in various sales management and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.精通各种销售管理及客户管理系统
- Proficient in the characteristics of the payment industry, with at least 5 years of experience in (payment gateway/Aggregated payment )sales and over 2 years team management within the aggregate payment sector; or experience in founding/starting up an aggregation company.了解支付行业特征,拥有5年以上聚合支付相关经验,及2年以上团队管理经验;或具有聚合公司创业经验。
- Thorough understanding of the business characteristics and processes of payment products, with expertise in seamless communication and operational execution of third-party payment products from market research to product development and back to market implementation.对聚合支付产品业务特性及各个环节有透彻的了解,并精通第三方支付产品业务从市场到产品再到市场的无障碍沟通和推动运作;
- Possess strong business acumen, a broad perspective, and commercial sensitivity, with a clear understanding of the company's strategic direction and the ability to effectively implement plans in alignment with the sales team to achieve company targets; capable of formulating industry marketing strategies, driving innovation, and ensuring effective execution.具备较强的业务能力、大局观和商业敏感性,清晰公司的战略方向,并能很好地落地布局配合销售团队来完成公司指标达成;具备拟定行业营销策略、创新并落实执行的能力;
- Candidates with successful experience in negotiating with key clients and strategic partners will be preferred.具有大客户及战略合作伙伴谈判成功经验者优先;
- Highly perceptive, able to handle complex situations flexibly, make rapid judgments, and possess strong interpersonal skills.具有较高的敏感度,在复杂的环境下能灵活的处理问题,迅速的做出判断;人力关系能力强;
- Strong team management skills and experience; average performance achievement over the past two years above the midline.较强的团队管理能力和管理经验;过去两年业绩平均完成率在中线以上;
