Job Description:

The Trade Marketing Officer reports directly to the Marketing Manager and collaborates closely with the Sales team to develop distribution channels. This role involves implementation of trade activation programs and consumer promotions to drive sales, increase market share, and brand growth as well as price management and marketing trend research.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Sales team for business development of B2C distribution

channels.

  • Ideation, implementation and evaluation of distributor programs and retail trade

activations to drive sales, increase market share and enhance brand visibility.

  • In charge of procurement and distribution plan of point-of-purchase (POP) materials,

store signage and promotional materials

  • Responsible for implementing the signage program and converting IWS and retail

outlets to Gulf branding for Car Stop and Bike Stop.

  • Conduct field research on marketing trends and competitors to recommend solutions

and strategies for sales and marketing decision-making.

  • Handle administrative tasks which includes trade claims processing, preparing of

monthly marketing reports for implemented programs and coordination with internal

departments and third party suppliers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of demonstrated experience in trade marketing, brand management, or sales, ideally within both B2B and B2C sectors of the automotive or motoring industry; experience in oil lubricants is an advantage
  • Strong data analytical and research skills, MS Office (particularly excel and ppt) savvy to interpret and present data effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; must show a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment and has a good customer service knowledge
  • Must possess a driving skills and a valid driver's license; willing to travel local and abroad as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
