About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
Trades Middle Office and Settlements Manager
to join our client's team in Taguig. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in securities trading operations who can lead a team, ensure accurate settlements, and drive process improvements within APAC markets.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee daily trading operations, ensuring timely and accurate execution of trades.
  • Monitor and reconcile trading accounts, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
  • Implement process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce operational risk.
  • Deliver excellent support to internal and external stakeholders while ensuring compliance with APAC market regulations.
  • Prepare and present trading reports to management to support decision-making.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering collaboration and growth.
  • Support strategic projects and initiatives that enhance operational excellence.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in
    Securities Trading Middle Office/Settlements
    or financial services, preferably within APAC.
  • Strong understanding of financial products (Equities, Fixed Income, Foreign Exchange).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in
    Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    and strong digital literacy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience leading or mentoring a team.
