Trade Marketing & Promotions

  • Plan and execute trade marketing initiatives and campaigns tailored for modern trade channels.
  • Develop and manage annual promotional calendars in collaboration with sales and brand marketing teams.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade activities and ROI.

Account & Channel Management

  • Support Key Account Managers in developing customer-specific strategies and promotions.
  • Coordinate with modern trade partners to ensure timely execution of trade programs.
  • Analyze sales performance, shopper behavior, and category trends to recommend actionable insights.

Visibility & Merchandising

  • Oversee implementation of merchandising standards across modern trade outlets.
  • Manage POS materials, promotional displays, and in-store activations to maximize brand presence.
  • Regularly visit stores to audit visibility execution and gather market intelligence.

Sales Support

  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure that marketing strategies are effectively translated into field execution.
  • Provide the team with sales tools, training, and materials needed to achieve commercial targets.

Budget & Reporting

  • Manage trade marketing budgets for assigned channels.
  • Provide timely reports on trade spend, campaign performance, and market insights.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php45, Php50,000.00 per month
