Job Overview

We are looking for a Trades Middle Office and Settlements Analyst to provide end-to-end trade flow support across global product channels. This role ensures smooth trade execution, accurate settlements, and effective collaboration with operations, technology, and business teams. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of financial products, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end trade flow support, including prematching and settlements.
  • Monitor trade flow processes and address changes or gaps.
  • Drive continuous improvement and risk reduction across trade lifecycle processes.
  • Escalate and resolve inquiries related to trade execution and settlement in a timely manner.
  • Respond to ad hoc queries from operations, technology, and front office teams.
  • Train new users on trade processes and systems.
  • Partner with business, operations, and technology teams to align priorities and manage release schedules.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of financial industry experience, preferably in middle office or settlements.
  • Strong knowledge of Equities, Fixed Income, and/or Foreign Exchange products.
  • Ability to work independently as a self-starter while also being a strong team player.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to operate in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field strongly preferred.
