The Trade Marketing Officer is responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence and increase customer traffic across restaurant branches. This role bridges marketing and operations by ensuring that promotions, events, and in-store campaigns are effectively planned and implemented to drive sales and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities1. Trade Marketing Campaigns

  • Plan and execute branch-level promotions, events, and in-store activations.
  • Develop seasonal campaigns (e.g., holiday promos, group dining offers, loyalty programs).
  • Ensure promotions are aligned with overall brand and sales objectives.

2. Merchandising & Visibility

  • Manage production and distribution of point-of-sale materials (posters, menus, table tents, standees, digital screens).
  • Ensure consistent branding and merchandising compliance across all restaurant branches.
  • Conduct regular branch visits to audit campaign implementation.

3. Sales & Operations Support

  • Work closely with Operations and Store Managers to roll out campaigns effectively.
  • Provide marketing toolkits and guidelines to ensure smooth branch execution.
  • Support sales-driving initiatives such as tie-ups with delivery platforms or local community partners.

4. Market Insights & Competitor Monitoring

  • Gather customer and competitor insights through branch visits, surveys, and industry monitoring.
  • Analyze promotion effectiveness (customer traffic, sales uplift, ROI).
  • Provide recommendations for campaign improvement.

5. Budget & Coordination

  • Assist in managing trade marketing budget allocations per branch.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, printers, and agencies for timely delivery of materials.
  • Track expenses and ensure activities are delivered within budget.
