Job Summary

The Trade Accounts Officer manages and grows relationships with the company nationwide trade partners (dealers/resellers). The role ensures sales targets are consistently met, company strategies are executed in the market, and accounts are developed to drive long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management – Build and maintain dealer relationships, track account performance, ensure sell-out growth, conduct business reviews, and serve as the main contact for key clients.
  • Sales & Operations – Oversee promotions, inventory levels, stock replenishment, merchandising, after-sales concerns, events, product trainings, and contract negotiations.
  • Financial Management – Manage rebates, discounts, and incentives; coordinate collections; ensure timely payments from accounts.
  • Reporting & Forecasting – Prepare sales performance reports, forecasts, PSI reports, market insights, and competitor updates.
  • Collaboration – Work with marketing, product, logistics, finance, and other teams to align sales and operational execution.
  • Compliance & Resource Management – Properly use company resources and comply with quality, environment, health, and safety standards.

Job Specifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven sales experience with target achievement.
  • Strong negotiation, advanced selling, reporting (Excel, PowerPoint), and presentation skills.
