About the role

Legado Motors Inc. is seeking a highly experienced and strategic General Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts. As the General Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and loyalty for our diverse range of automotive products. This is a full-time, on-site position based in our Pasig City office.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives
  • Oversee the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across various platforms including, but not limited to, events, ads, and more
  • Manage and optimize the marketing budget to ensure maximum return on investment and take corrective action when necessary
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and other teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging, as well as to identify, nurture, and close leads
  • Analyze marketing performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop surveys and other marketing tools
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities and emerging marketing technologies
  • Communicate with dealership employees to keep abreast of customer attitudes, demographics, buying habits, etc.
  • Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing marketing team

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in marketing, with a strong track record of driving successful campaigns, specifically in the automotive industry
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across both digital and traditional channels
  • Excellent analytical and data-driven decision making skills
  • Outstanding project management and leadership abilities to effectively manage a team
  • In-depth understanding of the automotive industry and consumer behavior in the local market
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
