Job Summary
KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a detail-oriented General Accountant (Bookkeeping + AP/AR) to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure timely, accurate transaction recording. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining compliant financial records, processing accounts payable and receivable, and supporting month-end and year-end closings.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the PH BIR-compliant chart of accounts
- Record transactions such as AP/AR, journals, accruals, prepayments, payroll, deposits, and advances
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain general ledger accounts
- Manage purchase orders, employee reimbursements, and allowances
- Handle AP processing, including invoice entry, monitoring, and preparing aging reports
- Track AR (excluding in-house functions as advised by Digital Halo)
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities and ensure compliance with accounting standards
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in bookkeeping and AP/AR functions
- Proficient in QuickBooks and other major accounting platforms
- Strong knowledge of BIR-compliant chart of accounts
- Proven experience managing month-end closing activities
