Job Summary:

The General Accounting ( Internal Audit ) Staff is responsible for supporting the overall financial operations of the company. This role will involve a variety of accounting tasks, including data entry, reconciliations, and financial analysis. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and have a strong understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monthly / Weekly recording of Internal Expense and Loans Payable.
  • Weekly recording of Purchase Invoice and Payment Monitoring offset to Invoice.
  • Weekly recording of Brokerage Taxes and Other Importation Cost
  • Prepare and reconcile bank - Non Trade Receivables and General Ledger accounts
  • Monthly monitoring of AP per principal.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
