Job Description:

The Purchasing Staff is responsible for handling the purchase of materials, equipment, and supplies needed for projects and company operations. This role ensures that all items are ordered correctly, delivered on time, and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and communicate with suppliers to get quality materials at the best price.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders and other related documents.
  • Coordinate with project and warehouse teams to monitor material requests and deliveries.
  • Keep track of supplier performance, prices, and purchase records.
  • Help manage procurement schedules and budgets.
  • Ensure all purchasing activities follow company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering field.
  • With experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain.
  • Knowledgeable in using computer applications (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Good communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Can work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
