ACMobility, the Ayala Group's mobility platform, is looking for a Logistics Analyst – Cost to join our Logistics team.
The role plays a key part in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of financial transactions within the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle, supporting smooth operations and strong vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end payment process, from invoice validation to final submission, ensuring timely and accurate vendor payments.
  • Verify that all payment requests are supported by valid and closed purchase orders, maintaining proper documentation for audit readiness.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather approvals and supporting documents, resolving discrepancies and accelerating workflow.
  • Monitor cash flow and ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and relevant regulations.
  • Generate reports on payment performance, purchase order compliance, and financial data integrity.
  • Support P2P automation and digitization initiatives to drive process efficiency.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate has strong analytical, detail-oriented, and organizational skills, years of experience in Accounts Payable, Procure-to-Pay, or financial operations. They are proficient in SAP, Oracle P2P, or similar ERP systems, and skilled in Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities are required, as the role involves coordinating across multiple internal and external parties.
