Position: Full Cycle Account Executive

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Full Cycle Account Executive to join our team who can manage one of our US based client's entire sales process from prospecting to closing. You will execute targeted outreach, build and optimize sales funnels, run multi-channel campaigns, manage our CRM, set appointments, and oversee projects to ensure smooth handoffs. This role demands strong communication skills, deep sales expertise, and a proven ability to hit revenue goals in a US-facing market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate high-quality leads through multi-channel outreach including email, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Write and execute email marketing campaigns with copy that converts
  • Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM to track prospects, maintain data integrity, and manage workflows
  • Build and refine sales funnels to maximize lead conversion rates
  • Set appointments and manage your own pipeline from first contact to close
  • Apply a consultative selling methodology to address client needs and create tailored solutions
  • Conduct market research to identify and prioritize target audiences
  • Consistently meet or exceed KPIs including 20 to 30 meetings booked per month and 2 to 3 closed-won deals per month
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful client outcomes

Requirements

  • Minimum two years of full-cycle sales experience is a MUST
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota in a US-based market.
  • Portfolio of achievements with verifiable results required
  • Strong skills in lead generation, sales funnels, and closing deals with the ability to show verifiable results in a portfolio of achievements
  • Experience in SaaS and/or eCommerce and retail industry highly preferred
  • Skilled in email copywriting for conversion as well as basic marketing automation and lead scoring
  • Advanced proficiency in HubSpot CRM with familiarity in tools such as Instantly, Google Suite, and Slack
  • Excellent English communication skills both written and spoken
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and disciplined
  • Must have own computer, stable internet, and be able to work US hours

Compensation

  • Hourly rate based on experience
  • Optional performance bonus
