Warehouse Staff

We are looking for a Warehouse Staff who will be responsible for accurate picking, checking and packing of ordered items (Regular/Bulk Orders). She will also be responsible for making sure that the products with corresponding documents needed will be ready and booked for shipment to customers through couriers/direct delivery through HN Truck. She will be responsible as well for the cleanliness of the warehouse especially the picking grid and packing and area.

Job Summary:

PICKER

• Picks and checks orders based on invoice/ delivery note (item description, quantity and variant)
• Informs warehouse custodian for items in the grid that are about to get out of stock
• Observes FEFO and reports deviation to TL
• Records DN Number and Amount of accounts done for picking on a daily basis (Individual Output Monitoring)

CHECKER

• Checks the picked orders/items based on the Delivery Note (DN)/Sales Invoice (SI) (item description, quantity and variant) and the invoice details
• Ensures item for all Retail Account is sealed with tamper proof
• Recons item by putting marks on the invoice to validate figures checked
• Records error of picker and reconcile at the end of the day (Accomplishes individual Productivity and Error Report)

PACKER

• Packs items based on standard protocol procedure
• Put tamper proof on the assigned items for all Retail Account
• Accomplishes the following documents: Regular Packer's Daily Output Monitoring Log, Courier's Receiving Log and Individual Output Monitoring Log (Packer)
• Ensures that supplies are adequate (packaging tape, boxes)
• Record errors of checker and reconcile at the end of the day (Internal Error Log)

ENCODER

• Prints all DNs and Invoices that needs to be processed from the System
• Creates and submits Pre Alert Reports, Post Alert Reports to TPL
• Creates and submit Route Request daily to Transport Team
• Create and request shorting items to HO
• Communicates with other Departments with regards to DNs, Invoices and other reports

Document Checker

• Ensures that all documents are checked and complete for every orders/PO being processed
• Turn over the correct and complete documents to the drivers

Qualifications:

• With proven work experience in processing and handling of goods to ship to customers
• With extensive knowledge on maintaining the accuracy of goods for shipment to customers
• Detail Oriented and can work without supervision
• Knowledgeable in using Computer especially Microsoft Programs (Excel and Word)
• Willing to work in our Warehouse in Calamba Laguna
