About the role

We are seeking a passionate and driven XIAOMI CITY MANAGER (LAGUNA (ROVING) to join our team at Paramount Human Resource Multi-purpose Cooperative'. This is a full-time role based in Calamba City Laguna, with the opportunity to work within the Retail & Consumer Products industry and the Management - Store sub-industry.

What you'll be doing

  1. Oversee the daily operations and management of Xiaomi stores in the Laguna area
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  3. Manage and motivate a team of retail sales associates
  4. Ensure excellent customer service and a positive in-store experience
  5. Monitor and analyse store performance, identifying areas for improvement
  6. Collaborate with the regional team to achieve overall business objectives
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

  1. Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably within the consumer electronics industry
  2. Strong sales and customer service skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  4. Analytical skills to interpret data and drive performance improvements
  5. Proficient in using relevant retail management tools and software
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  7. Adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
