About the Role

Are you passionate about building efficient systems that support a mission driven company? Human Nature is looking for a 
Transport Manager
 who will help ensure that our vehiclesand transport operations run smoothly so we can continue serving communities, customers, and our mission with excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the day-to-day management of all transport and motorpool activities
  • Oversee preventive maintenance and ensure all vehicles are safe, reliable, and well cared for
  • Build strong, values-aligned relationships with our 3PL and transport partners
  • Monitor transport SLAs and KPIs, ensuring we meet commitments with integrity and timeliness
  • Help create a culture of stewardship and responsibility in all transport-related processes

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 
    5 years of solid experience
     in transport or fleet operations, with at least 
    2 years in a leadership role
  • Strong understanding of preventive maintenance, fleet utilization, and transport compliance
  • Experience managing suppliers, 3PL partners, and performance metrics
  • A leader with heart – organized, dependable, and committed to operational excellence
  • Someone who aligns with Human Nature's values and is eager to contribute to meaningful work
  • Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in 
    route planning,
     cost optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Willing to report to Ceris Warehouse in Laguna 2-3x a week
