Role Summary:
Serves as a strategic HR partner and compliance lead, managing employee relations, regulatory adherence, and stakeholder engagement. Plays a key role in onboarding transitions, benefit orientation, and performance management documentation.

Area of Concentration:
HRBP, Compliance & Stakeholder Engagement

Reports to:
Head of HR and Administration

Experience Required:
5–7 years in HR operations or employee relations, preferably from energy, construction, automotive, logistics, shared services, BPO, or tech-enabled sectors

Regulatory Knowledge:
Must be familiar with DOLE Department Orders (e.g., DO 198-18, DO 174, DO 183) and other labor guidelines

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as HR Business Partner (HRBP) to assigned teams and departments
  • Handle sensitive HR cases including disciplinary actions, grievance resolution, and compliance audits
  • Lead change management and organizational development programs
  • Facilitate benefit orientation sessions for newly hired employees
  • Ensure proper transition of new hires to their departments, including orientation coordination
  • Create and manage Employee Change Notice forms for movements, transfers, and promotions
  • Monitor performance evaluation schedules and ensure documentation is complete
  • Lead issuance of regularization and non-regularization letters based on evaluation outcomes
  • Serve as the point person for DOLE compliance

o Keep the company updated on DOLE guidelines and Department Orders

o Ensure submission of required reports and documentation. Coordinate with Safety Officers and clinic personnel for OSH compliance
