We are looking for a Recruiter (insurance based) with full-cycle recruiting experience – screening, interviewing, assessing candidates and hiring. The successful recruiter will collaborate with department Managers and identify hiring needs. You should be able to attract candidates using different sources- social medias, job boards, employee referrals etc. ensuring the company hires, retains employees and grow a strong talent pipeline.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate candidates' strengths compared with clients' requirements and recommend the best candidates for interview and skill assessment.
  • Stay current on trends, emerging technologies and new and hard to find skill sets.
  • Network extensively to find potential candidates.
  • Source through internal candidate database as well as professional networks, referrals, and other networking resources.
  • Negotiate wage rates and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay up to date with current and future hiring and business needs.
  • Develop and implement hiring strategies to attract top talent.
  • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
  • May be involved in writing and placing advertising for open positions.
  • Source, screen and interview applicants.
  • Other HR tasks might be performed if needed.

Requirements:

  • Commercial insurance experience (employee benefits, personal/commercial lines)
  • Bachelor's/College degree graduate in Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Amenable to shifting work schedule, including US hours.
  • Work from home set up for now. Office is in Eastwood, Libis.
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (BPO, in-house or a staffing agency recruiter)
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, etc)
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (video/phone interviewing, reference check etc)

Compensation: 30,000 PHP/Month Basic Salary. Computer Equipment, medical benefits and additional allowances are provided.
