Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Manila for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a Forex background. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Additional responsibilities include developing employer branding strategies and maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

  • Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills
  • Experience in Hiring and Interviewing
  • Ability to develop and implement Employer Branding strategies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Experience in the Forex industry is a significant plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
