Your Opportunity:

We are looking for amazing talents to join Dedale's HR team in our Regional Office in Manila to identify and recruit the best talent to help us growing exponentially

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving our strategic growth and success focusing on delivering outstanding candidates for all departments in Manila. In addition, this role is also responsible for contributing to different projects and initiative at the global level.

Your Responsibility:

Global Talent Acquisition (80 percent)

• Manage the end-to-end regional recruitment process
  , including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and facilitating offers for open positions across various business areas in Manila and Vietnam.
• Use creativity and persistence to source candidates in competitive talent pool
  to build a strong talent pipeline in different expertise
• Collaborate with key internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and PH Leadership team, to ensure alignment throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Develop a deep understanding of the business
  , job responsibilities, and the required competencies, skills, and knowledge for successful applicants.
• Master our internal applicant tracking system (Ashby) to maintain candidate data and post job openings

Strategic projects (20 percent)

• Contribute the execution of strategic Global HR topics in our regional office in Manila, including but not limited to: Onboarding, Talent Management, Training and Development, Engagement Surveys, and Global Retention initiatives

Your Qualifications:

• You have 3+ years of in-house recruitment experience across diverse business areas.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• You are proactive, hyper-organized, effective and you have a strong desire to learn and grow.
• You thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• You adapt quickly to new tools and changes.
• You have experience with Ashby or any similar ATS (or you're excited to learn).
